1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the bagh1 platform — including its casino games, sports betting features, live dealer tables, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of bagh1, whether they are visiting the site as guests, registered members, or VIP players. These terms govern every interaction with the platform including account creation, gameplay, promotions, and financial transactions.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Providing false information is a direct violation of these terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bagh1 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your password.

bagh1 conducts KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in compliance with anti-money laundering standards. Players may be required to submit a copy of a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued identification before processing withdrawal requests.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

bagh1 supports a range of trusted local payment methods to make transactions as convenient as possible for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and major debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to completion of KYC verification. Minimum withdrawal threshold and any applicable processing fees will be displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
• bagh1 reserves the right to request proof of ownership for any payment method used. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party payment on behalf of another individual is strictly prohibited.
• Any deposits that are found to be funded through fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise illicit means will be reversed, and the associated account will be closed immediately. bagh1 may also report such activity to the relevant authorities.
• In the event of a chargeback or dispute raised with a payment provider, bagh1 reserves the right to freeze the account pending investigation. Any wagering activity conducted using disputed funds may be considered void.

All financial transactions on bagh1 are protected by SSL encryption. We do not store card details on our servers. For security, unusual or suspicious deposit patterns may trigger an account review without prior notice.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bagh1 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal offers timed around events such as Eid, BPL, IPL, and T20 tournaments. All promotional offers are subject to the following conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. Free spins winnings may carry an additional wagering requirement.

• Abuse of bonuses — including multi-accounting, collusion with other players, or exploiting system errors to generate fraudulent bonus activity — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

Each promotional offer is intended to be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise. bagh1 may use technical and analytical methods to detect multi-account activity.

5. Responsible Gaming

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bagh1 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action.

• Opening or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing any platform restriction.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through or in connection with the bagh1 platform.
• Colluding with other players, platform staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors on the platform to gain an advantage or generate fraudulent credits or winnings.

Any winnings generated through prohibited activities will be deemed void and will be forfeited. bagh1 reserves the right to pursue civil or criminal remedies against players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

bagh1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following are grounds upon which account action may be taken.

• Breach of any term or condition set out in this agreement, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe after a withdrawal request or when requested by our compliance team.
• Activity that suggests the account is being used in a manner inconsistent with personal recreational gambling, including patterns consistent with matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or syndicate play.

Upon account termination, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses) will be refunded via the player's registered payment method, provided no breach of these terms has occurred. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bagh1 platform — including but not limited to website design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, and code — is the intellectual property of bagh1 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content is strictly prohibited.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not grant any right to access platform source code, copy game logic, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bagh1 and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures caused by factors outside bagh1's reasonable control such as internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays.

bagh1 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or that any specific game outcome is predetermined in favor of any player. All games operate on certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable results. Where a technical malfunction occurs during a game round, bagh1 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake placed.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bagh1 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. bagh1 uses industry-standard SSL encryption and secure data storage practices to protect your personal information. 11. Amendments to Terms

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. bagh1 may, at its discretion, notify registered players of significant changes via email or on-platform notification. However, such notification is a courtesy and does not affect the binding nature of updated terms once published.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
